Covid-19 Vaccine: News and Appointment Scheduling

UPDATE 1/5/2022: Onsite vaccine clinics for all products is now offered on Fridays.  We will also provide boosters for 12-15 year old's on Friday.  Our online booking system has been updated to allow those age 12-15 to register for Friday's clinic.  At home covid tests will also be made available for sale that day for $15 per box.

UPDATE 12/9/2021: You can now also book a Pfizer booster for 16-17 year olds if it's been at least six months since their second dose.

UPDATE 12/4/2021: Additional appointments for Moderna and Pfizer boosters have been added to the calendar.  Pediatric Pfizer is available on Dec 10 with a second doses on Jan 7.  Please email us at vaccine@wellnessltc.com if you need just a second dose of the Pediatric Pfizer vaccine.

UPDATE 10/12/2021: We are administering Regeneron Monocolonal Antibody treatments at nursing homes and at our onsite infusion suite.  Email infusion@wellnessltc.com for more information.

Frequently asked questions

Am I eligible to schedule an appointment?


Anyone 12 and older is eligible to schedule with the Pfizer product. Moderna and J&J is approved for those 18 and older.




When are new appointments released?


We continually add new appointments to the calendar. Please check the scheduling calendar for available days and times. Appointments can be made online or you can walk-in between 10-4:30 on days when the clinic is open.




What do I need to bring to my appointment?


Please arrive no more than 5-10 minutes early to your appointment and bring your photo ID and insurance card (Medicare card if available) and your previouis vaccination card if you're receiving a booster or second shot. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian with you. Please expect to stay at least 15 minutes after your appointment for monitoring.




Is there a cost to the vaccine?


There is no cost to you. We simply bill your insurance or the Federal goverment an adminitration fee. We will never bill you.




Will I be guaranteed a second dose of the vaccine?


When you schedule your first dose we will also ask you to schedule a date and time for your second dose (Moderna & Pfizer only). You are guaranteed a second dose with us.
