UPDATE 9/7/2021: Pfizer booster appointments have been added for Friday 9/24, 10/1, 10/8, 10/15, 10/22, and 10/29. Moderna booster appointments have been added for Thursday 10/14, 10/21, and 10/28. Please choose "Pfizer Booster" or "Moderna Booster" for the product to see the dates. Please note appointments for non-immunocompromised individuals are pending FDA authorization.

Frequently asked questions
Am I eligible to schedule an appointment?
Anyone 12 and older is eligible to schedule with the Pfizer product. Moderna and J&J is approved for those 18 and older.
When are new appointments released?
As demand as decreased our onsite vaccination clinic is only open on Fridays. Appointments can be made online or you can walk-in between 10-4:30.
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
Please arrive no more than 5-10 minutes early to your appointment and bring your photo ID and insurance card (Medicare card if available). If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian with you.
Is there a cost to the vaccine?
There is no cost to you. We simply bill your insurance or the Federal goverment an adminitration fee. We will never bill you.
Will I be guaranteed a second dose of the vaccine?
When you schedule your first dose we will also ask you to schedule a date and time for your second dose (Moderna & Pfizer only). You are guaranteed a second dose with us.
